What is the lead production time?

The lead production time is from two to three weeks, unless otherwise specified for longer delays. There is a possibility to do a rush for certain items, but the best would be to let us know the exact date of your event, and we will make sure the item can be delivered in time or offer an alternative if it is not the case.


What is the ordering process?

Once you have selected your item, or received a quote that has been approved to move forward we send you an order confirmation and a virtual art proof with your logo placed on the item for your final approval. Once it is approved, we move everything into production and delivery is made it at the location you have specified.


Is it possible to get product samples or sizing kits?

Yes, most of our products can be sent as samples, however shipping fees as well as the cost of the product apply for objects. For apparel, only shipping fees apply, as long as the item is returned to us within 10 business days with its original tags and packaging. If an order is placed, the sample fees will be waived. 


Can I order quantities lower than the ones on the website?

Unfortunately, the lowest quantities specified on the product page are the minimum quantities to place an order for the item that you have selected. The only exception is apparel, for which please refer to next question.


Can I order one piece of apparel?

For decorated orders, we have a minimum of 12 units per item for both embroidery and printing. You can mix the sizes, as well as gender as long as the model and decoration remain the same on all units. 


What are the logo requirements when I am sending my design?

We need to have your logo in high resolution and completely vectorized (we can work with .ai, .eps, .png, .svg and .pdf formats). All fonts have to be vectorized or sent to us if they are not among the common options. If you are not sure if your art meets the requirements, we can check it and let you know (completely free of charge).


Where are my items shipping from?

Embroidered apparel ships out from Sherbrooke, QC. Printed apparel ships from either Sherbrooke, QC or Laval, QC. For promotional objects, the shipping point varies according to the supplier’s location. We can provide you with a free shipping quote upon request. 


What is a set up charge and is it applicable for every order?

Set up charges are all the charges associated with the decoration of your items: printing films, machine calibration, etc. For most printed orders set up charges are 50% off after the first order, as long as the imprint remains the same. 

For embroidery, the programming is only applicable once per logo, unless there is a drastic size change (ex: 3’’ left chest to 10’’ back embroidery). Modifications can be made to existing embroidery files, but change fees are applicable depending on the complexity of the modification.
